On the morning of August 17, 2015, the summer social practice team of the Institute of Chemical Engineering and Chemistry of HIT began the internship at the group headquarters. This internship team has a total of 21 people, including 15 students majoring in electrochemistry, energy and chemical engineering, polymer materials and engineering, chemical engineering, chemical engineering and technology, 5 students majoring in mechanical design, manufacturing and automation in mechanical and electrical college, and 1 teacher.
During the period from August 17 to August 26, 2015, 21 college students worked as interns in Xin Point Keen Point Industrial Park and Longxi Industrial Park. The internship program includes theoretical course training, production workshop practice, visits to subsidiaries in Huizhou, outdoor activities and other situations. The arrangement of internship is very rich, which has won high praise from interns and has played a guiding role in their professional cognition, job-seeking attitude, learning attitude and life orientation.
In order to deepen the school-enterprise cooperation between Xin Point and the Institute of Chemical Engineering and Chemistry of Harbin Institute of Technology, and strengthen the close cooperation between the two sides in scientific research and personnel training, on August 19, 2015, Zhang Xu, assistant to the president of the Institute of Chemical Engineering and Chemistry of HIT, made a special trip to the group headquarters and was warmly received by Ma Xiaoming, Chairman of the Board and President. At the meeting, Harbin Institute of Chemical Engineering presented Mr. Ma with the letters of appointment of " Part-time Entrepreneurial Instructor Outside the School of the Institute of Chemical Engineering and Chemistry of HIT” and " Enterprise Practice Instructor of the Institute of Chemical Engineering and Chemistry of HIT”. The two sides exchanged views on such important issues as close cooperation between Xin Point Corporate and Harbin Institute of Technology, talent concept and college student training.
