Since December 2, 2010, the group has launched the 2011 National Campus Recruiting Program for College Students of Class 2011 and 2011 Xin Point Sunchine Project, and has given lectures in universities in Guangdong, Jiangxi, Jiangsu, Shandong, Sichuan and other provinces, including South China University of Technology, Guangdong University of Technology, Huizhou University, Jiangxi University of Technology, Nanchang University, Nanchang Aviation University, Taizhou University of Science and Technology of Nanjing University of Technology, Shandong University ( Weihai Campus ), Harbin Institute of Technology ( Weihai Campus ), Yantai University, Shandong Technology and Business University, Sichuan University, and Southwest University of Science and Technology. The recruitment team made adequate preparations and held discussions on the theme of " honesty and team" during the presentation. The whole process of campus events-initial interview-second interview-offer release has been highly recognized by the students. In particular, the core of the corporate culture of the group, " Honesty for the Future", has been unanimously recognized. The recruitment team of the group adopted flexible interviews. Students said the interviews were special, not rigid preaching, but reflecting the company's situation and employees' life style through some real examples. To a great extent, this has narrowed the distance between interviewees and the company, making them feel that the company has done a good job in caring for its employees, treating them like relatives, rather than a rigid hierarchical relationship. What moved the recruitment team were the letters from the students who joined Xin Point, and they are grateful about this. Although the recruitment program for college students of class 2011 is nearing completion, it is only the end of a phase of work and also marks the beginning of the group's talent training project.
