Xin Point Holdings Group to Accelerate the Global Capacity Layout

With the continuous improvement of the overseas production capacity layout, the increasing proportion of export business, the diversification of technologies and processes, and the strengthening of relations with domestic and foreign OEMs, the position of "global auto parts supplier" and "international one-stop surface treatment expert" of Xin Point is increasingly consolidated. In order to obtain more high-quality orders, Xin Point is also accelerating the global production capacity layout.

Xin Point's first overseas plant, located near Leon City, Mexico, helped the group secure a large number of premium North American orders. The plant combines various processes such as injection molding, electroplating, spray painting and assembly. Since 2023, the Mexican plant has undergone business adjustment and personnel optimization, and therefore, has entered a healthy operation state to make profits. Due to the rapid increase in new business in North America, the Group has decided to build a new spray painting line at Mexico plant in 2024, which is expected to start trial production in December 2024.

Since the beginning of 2024, Xin Point has started the construction of the Malaysia plant. This will be our second oversea factory. The factory is in Seremban County, Negeri Sembilan and the geographical location is superior. This plant specialize in injection molding, electroplating, spray painting and assembly processes. The plant will be operational by the end of 2025.

In addition to the two oversea plants mentioned above, in 2023, the Group also added new production capacity in Jiujiang City, Jiangxi Province, China. There are currently two factories in Jiujiang area, namely Jiujiang Xin Point Automobile Components Co., LTD and Jiujiang Xin Point Surface Decoration Co., LTD..

Jiujiang Xin Point Automobile Components Co., LTD focuses on injection molding, spray painting and PVD processes, and is good at producing large-size parts. Bulk deliveries will begin from April 2024 to June 2025.

Jiujiang Xin Point Surface Decoration Co., LTD. focuses on electroplating process, with the establishment of a small hexavalent-chromium-free plating line. Since April 2024, the facility has reached the usable state and is under continuous process verification. Designed and built according to the latest EU environmental standards, the line will provide early support for the expansion of the European market.
